We had no idea where to start with our renovation, so we spent some time looking through social media for inspiration. Luckily, a friend introduced us to Boon, and he guided us through the whole process. He would advise us on what works best, and most of the time, we just went with his suggestions because his experience really convinced us.Boon also gave us a clear breakdown of the renovation schedule, so we knew when we had to make certain decisions. Throughout the process, he was always responsive and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind. His whole team—electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and tilers—was very experienced and reliable. We dropped by now and then to check on the progress and kept in close contact whenever there were small adjustments needed.Even after the renovation was completed, Boon was still helpful whenever we had any follow-up questions, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Boon is patient, down-to-earth, and always ready to help. His experience really made the whole process much smoother for us.

Engaged Khao Shen General Service recently for my kitchen renovation and some minor shelving upgrades in the living room. Gotta say, they did a fantastic job! Work was done properly, and the quality really shows.Mr. Boon Hoe, the boss, is very professional and easy to work with. He gave timely updates throughout the process, so we always knew what was going on. Really appreciate how he listened to our ideas and also gave his honest opinions without being pushy. Instead of just saying yes to everything, he explained the do’s and don’ts of some renovation options, which really helped us make better decisions.The workmanship of the contractors were solid too. Everything was well done with great attention to detail, especially in the kitchen. No cutting corners, just good quality work.Overall, very happy with their service. Just completed a major renovation with Khao Shen, from hacking of tiles,walls to reconstruction of kitchen and its concealed piping routings. Was impressed by the responsiveness , knowledge and expertise of the project team in all trades. Overall satisfied with the workmanship and timeliness in delivering the project work despite the short timeline I gave the contractor for such a massive work.
